• If any items arrive damaged or missing, we will refund or replace them.
• If for any other reason you wish to make a return, You must notify us within 14 days of delivery - or else we will not accept them back. 
• Clearance Products may not be returned. We will however replace or refund damaged clearance items.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• All returned items must be in original condition with tags and wrappings (where applicable). Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.If these criteria are not met we cannot refund you.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Prestige Botanicals is not responsible for return shipping charges.
