Our Products are all shipped from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois via UPS.
USA customers
Orders are processed within one business day.
UPS ground is our standard shipping service with delivery within 2-5 business days, or up to 8 days for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Canadian customers
Canadian customers will receive their orders via UPS ground in 6-10 business days.
International customers
Orders will be shipped with UPS International, arrival time dependent on location. Costs will vary from country to country. Because our boxes are quite large - this cost may be significant, unless you are placing a large order.
All non-US orders may be subject to local custom fees of which we have no control over.
Small possibility of (very small) Foreign exchange fee:
We are a New Zealand owned company that uses Shopify for our website. In less than 5% of orders, a very small foreign exchange fee can be applied to transactions from Shopify (We have nothing to do with this). This affects only a very few banks/CC's - though we do not have insight into which ones they are.
