Our Returns and Refund Policy

      • If any items arrive damaged or missing, we will refund or replace them.
      • Sale & Clearance items cannot be returned/refunded (unless damaged)
      • For all other returns, You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you will be making a return. 
      • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
      • Please make sure all returned items are in original condition with tags and wrappings (where applicable). Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.If these criteria are not met we cannot refund you.
      • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
      • Prestige Botanicals is not responsible for return shipping charges.
      • We will not refund customers who have mistakingly believed that they are purchasing real flowers (Yes they do look real!). It is said everywhere on our website that our flowers are artificial.
